IS THERE A MINIMUM FOR DELIVERIES? $100
WHAT DAYS AND HOURS DO YOU DELIVER? Our standard delivery hours are Monday – Friday 8am -5pm. We may be able to deliver outside of these times, for an additional charge.
CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS? Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we would be happy to accommodate you. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that any of our menu items are 100% free of allergens because we use shared equipment and preparation areas throughout our supply chain and cafe.
WILL THE FOOD BE DELIVERED WARM? Unless otherwise requested, all items will come room temperature or cold. Items that we recommend serving warm will come with heating instructions.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY? To cancel your specialty catering order without incurring any cancellation fees, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE? Payment is due 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery or pick up time. If payment is not received in full by this time, TASTE reserves the right to cancel all tentative and confirmed orders.
